Christmas Day is celebrated in Canada & the rest of the world on the 25th of December 2021, and marks the birth of Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas, the formal greeting holds huge values to the Christian world. These are values that are filled with emotions of compassion & joys. This is similar to many other countries from the world as Christianity is the most followed religion of the world. Ironically, with a huge percentage of followers, i.e. 31.11% of the world population followed by Islam 24.9%. The most followers of Christianity belongs from Europe, North America and South America being three Christian dominated continents. The most population of Christians belongs to US, followed by Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Philippines and Nigeria. 95% of Mexican population are Christians, followed by Brazil, being 90.7% and United States 79.5% of their total population. Statistics shows the domination of Christians according to their Total population. Furthermore, how Christianity is celebrated, accepted and followed in one of the biggest & prominent countries of the world.

These are countries that are most prominent in terms of economic values, and power. CHRISTMAS DINNER- ‘A CELEBRATION OF CHRISTMAS’:
A traditional English Christmas dinner is what is followed as customary in Canada. Hence, as well as Canada has been a monarchy of United Kingdom and a country which got independence from UK officially in 1982. The traditional English Christmas dinner includes Turkey, Roast Potatoes, and Stuffing. Also includes, Pigs in Blankets, Yorkshire pudding, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Brussel Sprouts, Christmas pudding and Mince Pies. All these are part of the traditional Christmas dinner. Additionally, holds massive importance in most English speaking countries.
Turkey, the most famous of the traditional Christmas dinner is one of the most popular of the dishes on the occasion of Christianity. This is especially true as it is the main course of the menu on the list. Other popular dishes includes Ham, or roast beef. However, in UK with traditional values Turkey is the main course of choice.
Yorkshire pudding is on the list of Christmas dinner as a sweet dish. It originates from England as the name suggests from the county Yorkshire and is made from a batter that constitutes eggs, milk and flour. Although, this is true that Yorkshire pudding are traditionally served with roast beef. However, many families choose to serve them alongside their Christmas Dinner.
THE DIFFERENT CHRISTIAN DENOMINATIONS- ALL SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS:
All the different Christian denominations follow Christianity and say Merry Christmas as the most common greeting. It shows the amount of love & peace associated with Christianity & love for Jesus Christ. The world’s most followed religion Christianity is divided into Catholicism, Protestantism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Oriental Orthodoxy, and Non-Trinitarian Restorationism.
The most followed in terms of the population census are Catholicism followed by Protestantism and then Eastern Orthodoxy and Oriental Orthodoxy. However, the basic principles of Christianity are the same with some minor differences in beliefs as well as the book. Bible, the Holy Christian book is also divided into New and Old Testaments.
Significantly, the Vatican is the Home of Pope since a long time. Officially, the Pope is the most powerful and sacred position according to the religious beliefs of Christians. The Holy See is the official name given to the Govt. of the Roman Catholic Church which is led by the Pope as the Bishop of Rome. The Vatican is a city-state that is surrounded by Rome, Italy. Importantly, is the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church.
