Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Spurs game early
With United enjoying a comfortable 2-0 win, Cristiano Ronaldo decided to quit the game earlier than he would stay to the end of the game to celebrate his incredible victory alongside his fellow players.
The Portugal star made his exit down the touchline before heading into the tunnel just before the final whistle.
The report in the air is that, while the player did not actually make a run for it out of Old Trafford, he did not take the time to sign autographs with some of the fans that had begun to line up around the players’ entry point in anticipation of the conclusion of the game.

The reaction was mostly an outrage at Ronaldo’s actions. “There was an amazing game played by Man United. The narrative shouldn’t end with Ronaldo going off,” former Arsenal star Thierry Henry told Amazon Prime Sport.
